Meet our board members
They empower you to solve your most complex costing questions
After realizing there was no software capable of properly addressing all of our clients’ needs, we decided to take matters into our own hands. This is when we developed our own software and CostPerform became reality. Fast forward 20 years and over 200 organizations and 600 consultants spread across 45 countries use our software.
Get to know our board members who helped make it possible.

I love a good challenge. It started with studying econometrics, and right now, it’s managing CostPerform into its next phase. My personal life grants me other challenges: to be a good father and husband, but also to run 100km through the mountains of France. Challenges represent some sort of adventure for me.
And cost and performance management has a lot of those adventure elements I’m always looking for. Every company is unique in its own way, so helping them to answer their cost and performance questions is always a journey. I like those journeys; all of them are different but always done with the same tools. This is just like my adventures in long-distance running: always in different environments and weather circumstances, but at the end of the day, it is the exact same pair of legs that brings me to the finish line. That’s also what we are aiming for with CostPerform: customized cost models with a standard tool.
My expertise is mainly focused on understanding your business and its relevant challenges. I then translate those challenges into real solutions and answers. Don’t hesitate to share your questions with me. As I said: I love a challenge.

How great is my job? Every day I get to create beauty. Every day I get to solve puzzles. My background in econometrics and computer science helps me in both areas. Sure, it can be a pain sometimes. But when you’ve created something beautiful, when you finally figure out the solution to a problem, there’s nothing more rewarding.
I’m responsible for making our software even better, more beautiful, and more valuable for our customers. I’m proud to lead a great team of developers, QA experts, and support gurus who are invaluable to accomplishing that. But I’m thankful I’m still able to get my hands dirty and do some coding myself.
It’s extremely satisfying to see people working with what you helped create and how it helps them achieve their goals. To me, that is why I love building great software, and CostPerform is just that. We have tons of ideas to make it even better. Having been involved in creating and enhancing CostPerform for nearly 20 years is proof that it doesn’t get boring, and I still enjoy my job every day. It doesn’t get much better than that.
