Jeroen van der Ham tells us: “This week we successfully delivered a new product allocation solution for a global transportation and logistics company. A big milestone to celebrate (online) with all stakeholders involved.
We delivered an integrated and semi-automated solution, established by CostPerforms software. It’s integrated with the companies’ ERP system and enables full Product profitability reporting (on EBIT level) on all levels of the organization: on global level, regional level, country level and even for individual locations.

The last two weeks, the project team processed more than 100 legal entities in more than 60 countries all over the world through the allocation process.
The whole project was executed during COVID-19 restrictions without face-to-face meetings and knowing that it only took 6 months to deliver. A big compliment to all people involved!
Next week we start the global training and education program to instruct all local users to take over the job and run the allocation model as part of the monthly closing process.”
